I had a great experience at Heritage Cadillac in Jonesboro, GA. I called was scheduled immediately. The receptionist actually did it. I did not have to be transferred to service and wait on hold. I specifically asked for rim and tire repair to be added to my contract when I purchased the car apparently it was not added.
