Had my vehicle brought in to do regular maintenance oil change service. Checked in with Mr. Sonny who always handles my appointments. Mr. Sonny was helpful as usual but this time went above and beyond to e change service. Checked in with Mr. Sonny who always handles my appointments. Mr. Sonny was helpful as usual but this time went above and beyond to ensure I had great experience. My cue screen was not responding to touch and Mr. Sonny was able To resolve via warranty along with recall service on The brakes. Because of Sonny’s customer service I’m in great anticipation late this year when the 2020 is release and will make sure Heritage gets my business. Thank you Again More
