Heritage Cadillac for Ten Years and Counting My car was due for its first maintenance but I knew I had to stay isolated because I meet at least four of the criteria for high risk in the midst of My car was due for its first maintenance but I knew I had to stay isolated because I meet at least four of the criteria for high risk in the midst of this pandemic. When I contacted Shelly she immediately set up an appointment to have my car picked up and returned for me. this is not the first time Shelly has helped me through a crisis, she always figures out a way to make things happen. Her first concern is me and my health and then she gets right down to business. Although I know she has many customers, Shelly makes me feel special and totally focused on me. By the time my car was picked up, it was totally covered with yellow pollen. By the time it was returned it looked like a shiny, new car. I've been with Heritage Cadillac since I moved to Georgia and Shelly has helped me most of those years. It's the reason I come back year after year, great customer service and its genuine. In these special times, its a good time for me to let Shelly, Steve Southard (my salesman) and Heritage Cadillac know how much they are appreciated because I know they care about me. Thank You!!!
