Terrible service. Call and ask to speak to service advisor and service manager, always on phone. Messages left, never return phone calls. Car towed in for "Engine Malfunction" code, motor was cleaned and code wasn't checked, vehicle still waiting to be "looked at" it's a shame the quality of service provided by Cadillac, especially when it considers itself a prestigious brand. Service advisor promised a loaner vehicle and if one wasn't available, they would rent us a vehicle....neither has happened and acts like he doesn't know why the vehicle was brought in. More

BUYERS BEWARE! ! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within l ! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within less than 24 hours the speedometer was not working so I have absolutely no idea how fast I’m going while driving (picture below shows it stuck at 0 while I was on the highway!) and there’s major transmission issues. Of course it test drove perfectly, but now I am already stuck on the side of the road! After contacting the dealership, they are refusing to do anything about it. I’m not looking to return the vehicle, all I’m asking for is transparency and for them to fix the issues so that my vehicle is functional. Again, they could care less. 5months pregnant with two toddlers stuck waiting for a tow truck on the side of the road after spending $20,000 in cash with $10,000 financed and I have no car within less than three days! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS! More
I felt the brakes for my newly purchased used 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage were scrapping. I sent my vehicle to this dealership for a brake inspection to which they came back and said I had 3mm left on the Mitsubishi Mirage were scrapping. I sent my vehicle to this dealership for a brake inspection to which they came back and said I had 3mm left on the back brakes and 7mm on the front or vice versa and my car was fine. I didn't feel good about this still, but I trusted their word. I mean, they're the manufacturer, right? Well over the new 6-8 weeks the problem got worse. So, I went back to this dealership telling I felt they did a bad inspection and that there still a problem with my brakes. So, they performed the inspection again. This time they came back and said I need brakes and rotors. This let me know that they had done a fraudulent inspection the first time I took it to them. Now I had lost an extra day of my time and needed to pay the extra cost of buying brakes. If they had found the original problem on the first visit and fixed my rotors, I would not have needed the brakes. Since Heritage did not execute a proper brake inspection and caused me loss of time and money, I took my business elsewhere. More
