I would normally not follow a salesperson to another dealership but Frank has made my buying experience exceptional. Frank is always there for me for whatever questions or concerns that I have with my vehicle no matter what time of the day or night. Frank has even come in on his day off to help me. I always know Frank has my best interest at heart and is never pushy or high pressure. My friend came in and sold Frank a XTS which he is very happy with. Heritage Cadillac purchase review. Today I had the pleasure to work with Fran Scepanovich and Jim Lindeman. I was researching CTS vehicles online and found this one at Heritage. In as m Today I had the pleasure to work with Fran Scepanovich and Jim Lindeman. I was researching CTS vehicles online and found this one at Heritage. In as much as I have purchased my last Cadillac at Heritage, I knew the quality I was going to receive. I contacted the dealarship and Fran called me back quickly. I explained that I did not want to spend all day there negotiating a purchase. She took my requirements and within 30 mins she called me back with a deal completed. She told me that if I made an appointment she would have me in and out with all papers signed in less than 2 hours. She did exactly what was promised, took time with my wife to explain the cars features. There is a reason I go back to Heritage Cadillac for all my service and purchasing. The customer service is the best in the business and I would recommend them to all. More
