We reviewed what my concerns were to be sure he got it right. We agreed and I proceeded to the waiting area where I sat comfortably until the car was ready. There were snacks, fruits and beverages available as well. The experience was pleasant and when the car was ready, Mark reviewed what was done to address my concerns. I left feeling satisfied my issues were addressed. More

The only disappointing experience was with our financing. We felt we should have received a better interest rate. My husband and I have excellent credit ratings (both over 800). In fact, we are refinancing and getting a much better rate, Also, during the financing, definitely overkill on the sales pitch for all those extras with Zurich. In fact, when we purchased our 2014 Cadillac we didn’t have to endure that type of sales pitch. More
