Seamless purchase/Great employees I came to Heritage Cadillac with low expectations as I had a very bad experience at another Chicagoland dealership just a month prior. Dare I say, mos I came to Heritage Cadillac with low expectations as I had a very bad experience at another Chicagoland dealership just a month prior. Dare I say, most car dealerships live up to the reputation of being untrustworthy and pushy. My experience at Cadillac could not have gone better than it did. I knew right away in the way that I was greeted at the door and once I met Fran, the salesperson who sold me my car. Fran was warm and friendly, she made me feel like a family member. After test driving my car, I noticed a very small scratch on the front bumper, her manager joined our conversation and mentioned that the car was already slated for repair of the scratch. I would’ve purchased the fairly priced vehicle with the scratch but I do believe that the high integrity of this Cadillac dealership had something to do with how happy they want their customers to be walking out the door. The car I test drove was priced right, super clean and in great shape, I purchased it that same day. Everyone that I interacted with that day made me feel like I was making the right decision, it felt right. The car was repaired within a few weeks, as they promised, they also gave me a beautiful lonaner to drive while my car was repaired! It’s been 2.5 months since my purchase, Fran called me today to let me know that she followed up with the previous owners and she had the spare set of keys along with a second remote starter! I didn’t even ask her to do this for me, I couldn’t believe she went out of her way to do this. I cannot emphasize what a great experience it was purchasing at Heritage, I visited at least a half dozen dealerships over the course of a year but I’m so glad that I kept searching until I found the right car and this fantastic dealership. I would highly recommend Heritage. Thank you Fran for treating me like a human being, better yet for selling me a car as if I was your sister or your friend, I will forever be grateful to you for making my first car purchase worth the year that I spent visiting other dealerships. If you're looking for an honest, friendly salesperson, Joe's your guy! I started my search in April and based on what I wanted Joe suggested we order my car. Instead of placing me in a car just to make the sale he guided me thru the process until I had the car I wanted, down to the smallest detail. I had GM cars for 15 years and switched to BMW the last 3. I'm so happy to be back in a GM! I told Joe it's like putting on an old shoe, but a very nice one!
