Service Advisor Joe Cilella was simply outstanding! He has a fantastic personality and was extremely supportive and helpful. He is experienced and knowledgeable and understood our issues with the car He has a fantastic personality and was extremely supportive and helpful. Joe checked me in and reviewed what I was in for and was very personable and customer centric. Waited about 2 hours for a oil change and rotation, but that was ok. I got some quiet time work done.
