This was my first experience with this type of purchase and these guys made it easy and hassle free! Fran was a true professional from beginning to end. She was very friendly, easy to do business with, and responsive to calls and messages. We were able to work out an excellent price and all other details over the phone before I travelled to pick up the vehicle. I was going to use my own financing, but their finance manager was able to get me an even better deal, which was a pleasant surprise! I am very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I encountered at Heritage Cadillac. They even packed me some snacks for the road! This was a hassle, and pressure-free experience, which is paramount to me when making a large purchase. I would recommend Heritage Cadillac without hesitation. More
