She went above and beyond to pull up my sale and printed the info I didn't receive. I felt she was an execellent sales person and deserved a good note . I didn't expect to have her give me the paper that my salesperson should've given me but she just did it for me. I feel the excellent customer .service she gave me was above what was expected of her. I have bought and sold more cars then I care to admit. I've spent quite a bit of time in dealerships. Heritage is a step above in every way. The staff's manner of dress (suits and blazers) made it feel like stepping back in time to a classier era. I was treated with respect and the deal making process was direct, transparent, and the deal I was given was exceptional. I provided a number I needed in trade, they hit the number, I requested a few considerations to close the deal, those considerations we're met, and I was on my way to the finish line. All of this was accomplished without, haggling, excessive debate or multiple visits by different managers. The folks at Heritage understand their level of customer and provide the respect of closing a deal free of the greedy behavior one normally associates with this process of buying a car. The staff I dealt with all exceeded my expectations. This was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience I've ever had at a dealership.
