They are very trustworthy and honest, accessible and extremely pleasant to work with. And, they are very knowledgeable and experienced, and possess outstanding communication skills. Thus we are always confident in what they say - as being accurate and most reliable. And, they always do their very best to provide us the best deal possible while treating us like their most valued customer. Disappointed is an understatement- COVID19 regulations We purchased a used car from this dealership and I will not purchase one from them again in the future. Our purchased was during the COVID19 pandemic. We purchased a used car from this dealership and I will not purchase one from them again in the future. Our purchased was during the COVID19 pandemic. I will not mention the employee we test drove the car with and worked with initially to buy the car - that part of the experience was positive and lovely. On May 14, my husband test drove a car in the morning. Because he liked it, we went as a family to purchase the car in the afternoon. Due to COVID, we didn't have someone to watch our 15 month old son, so he came with us..... 1. The used car came with one key fob. Whether you might think this is standard or not, it is not. Would anyone actually only have one car key to their vehicle, regardless of one or two drivers? Two keys is standard. So, not providing two keys was just an extra step, expense, and hassle for us. The extra key from their suggested service company (Car Keys Express) cost $230. This would be a minuscule amount if the dealership has simply taken care of this prior to the sale of the car and it was just wrapped up in the total expense of the loan. 2. We arrived at 1:40 with a loan application already submitted, with an appointment, and with the dealership knowing we would be purchasing the car. We left at 4:20. Ridiculous. 3. Finally, the worst issue of all- the loan processor did not wear his mask while my husband, 15 month old son, and myself were in his office. Children under two are not to wear masks. My husband and I had ours on the whole time. Initially I was waiting for him to put it on, and then he never did. He even made a comment like "people just need to be able to see your face"... Yea so you can attempt to sell use your Zurich extended warrant with a smile.... To top this office, the manager didn't think much of the issue once it was reported. I notified our sales rep of our concerns a few days after our purchase. When the manager called, he made excuses for the man. He said he needed to further "investigate" the issue. Well whether he did or not, he never called us back- no apology and no ownership of an unprofessional and unsafe choice. Apparently later that day, although we were there until 4:20, barriers were installed on the desks so that they didn't have to wear masks. This makes perfect sense, however this shield was not installed yet. The man that didnt wear the mask puts others at risk when he choose not to wear his mask, especially a risk to our son. Disappointed is an understatement. We will not return to this dealership. More

AWD Module Had the car in for some other issues before the COVID Pandemic and Mark Brennan had to order a module as my system was telling me that the AWD did not Had the car in for some other issues before the COVID Pandemic and Mark Brennan had to order a module as my system was telling me that the AWD did not engage as I was on the expressway on a snowy day. The module was ordered and was in but until service came back on a limited basis, I had to wait. Mark called me to schedule the appointment for this. He offered me a loaner but my wife was able to drive me. Unfortunately service could not be completed in one day and I had to leave the car over the weekend. Once again, Mark offered me a loaner but since we were, llike others, pretty much homebound, I did not need a second car. The work was completed the following Monday and the car presented in washed and cleaned condition. More
