Pleasant and Confident Experience I was sold on Heritage Cadillac almost immediately, the reason is Tom Capps. From my first phone call Tom went to worked on my requests. I had some specific requests and, when he was unable to provide a an answer to a question, he’d call me back in a flash. Bottom Line - I trusted that Tom had my best interests in mind. If I had to purchase/lease another Cadillac tomorrow, it would go nowhere else but Heritage using Tom Capps as my rep. More

I was given information about what would be done to check into the problem, and the potential solutions - and that I would be advised about the best solution after the diagnostics were completed.
