Out of State buyer. Looking for a used Cadillac SRX. Found one online at Heritage Cadillac and after a email from them I emailed back and said I was very interested in th Looking for a used Cadillac SRX. Found one online at Heritage Cadillac and after a email from them I emailed back and said I was very interested in the SRX and stated what a fair price I would be comfortable with. Bill Heussner (sales consultant) emailed me back and informed me that they would sell me the SRX at that price. I called Bill and asked some questions about the vehicle and after he answered them I gave him a small deposit over the phone. I flew 200 miles to Chicago 5 days later to look at and then buy the SRX. The condition of the SRX was so much better than I expected for a vehicle that was 4 years old. In my opinion almost showroom condition. Bill and Matt Cameron are good people to work with. My wife and I drove the SRX home and everything went well. Bill called us on the way home to see how we liked the car and contacted us this pass week to see how this were going. I would not hesitate buying from them again and I would tell my family and friends to buy from Heritage Cadillac. I feel like I got a great car at a very good price! Bob L from Ada, Michigan. More
