The service is always spectacular but unfortunately now the new 2021 Caddys are so complicated technology wise after 20 minutes I gave up trying to put music on & I drove home. They are made now for 16 yea the new 2021 Caddys are so complicated technology wise after 20 minutes I gave up trying to put music on & I drove home. They are made now for 16 year olds; not 60 year olds. I will not be purchasing any more Caddys if they remain too confusing to use! More

Dominic was extremely helpful and the service and loaner car was excellent as usual. This is my third Cadillac with this dealer. My only issue is that why I was waiting to pick up my car, one o loaner car was excellent as usual. This is my third Cadillac with this dealer. My only issue is that why I was waiting to pick up my car, one of the salesmen walked into the area , took off his mask and started yakking. I backed up , I am vulnerable and thought this was NOT professional. ALL employees need to wear masks. More
