I bought my 1st Caddie from Ray back in 2003 when he worked at Ettleson and just re-connected with hin this year at Heritage, he is extremely detail oriented and a great saleman and I was happy to find worked at Ettleson and just re-connected with hin this year at Heritage, he is extremely detail oriented and a great saleman and I was happy to find out that he was back in buisness at Cadillac.I was going to choose a dealer closer to home but could not pass up the chance to deal with Ray again and his friendship is a blessing. I have dealt with Heritage and in particular Tim LeMire for almost 20 years and have never had one complaint. Not only was he most helpful to me and my husband before my husband died in 2000 but since the for almost 20 years and have never had one complaint. Not only was he most helpful to me and my husband before my husband died in 2000 but since then Tim and the entire Heritage group have been the most pleasant and helpful people to deal with which is awfully nice for a single gal.
