We have had nine Cadillacs from Heritage since 1988. Dave Fansher is the third Heritage salesman from which we've purchased and he has been wonderful, as have been all of his predecessors. Our 2011 CTS is the fourth car Dave delivered to us and we couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process, including the financial/licensing portion done by Mike Anton. There is no reason whatever to shop for Cadillacs anywhere other than Heritage Cadillac. Ask for Dave Fansher if you want an enjoyable, hassle-free buying experience. Judy Kaminski More

Heritage Cadillac was great to work with on the purchase of our ESV. We had some very specific needs about the options to accomodate our needs. The purchase experience was very good. The price was very competitive and we did not have to have multiple rounds of negotiating to determine a final price. I have dealt with Heritage and in particular Tim LeMire for almost 20 years and have never had one complaint. Not only was he most helpful to me and my husband before my husband died in 2000 but since the for almost 20 years and have never had one complaint.
