I had a WOW experience at Heritage Cadillac, Inc. in Lombard, Illinois last week. I called and described the vehicle that I was looking for to Robert Willems the GM and he told me that he had it. When I arrived at the dealership he showed the vehicle to me and my heart started racing. Black with chrome wheels and rims and fully loaded. He had Ghali Bazzi sit with me in the vehicle and he patiently described and demonstrated all of the features and regularly paused to make sure I understood. His extensive knowledge of the vehicle caught my attention and his quick wit put me at ease. He told me that I could call him anytime I had questions about the car. He even followed up with me the next day to ask if I had any questions. Excellent Customer Service!! Needless to say, I purchased this 2011 CTS Coupe. This is the sharpest automobile in the Chicagoland area (possibly the world)! We have had nine Cadillacs from Heritage since 1988. Dave Fansher is the third Heritage salesman from which we've purchased and he has been wonderful, as have been all of his predecessors. Our 2011 CTS is the fourth car Dave delivered to us and we couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process, including the financial/licensing portion done by Mike Anton. I have dealt with Heritage and in particular Tim LeMire for almost 20 years and have never had one complaint.
