I was a Patrick Cadillac customer, since my first car lease in 1985 until last week. My salesman left last year and I was assigned a new salesman by form email. Really? No call? I did visit the dealership last week, but didn't buy a car. I stopped at Heritage Cadillac after work the next day and met Ray. He was just like my old salesman, someone who really knows what a customer wants by talking to them. Less than one hour after I walked in I had purchased a car. If you are a long time customer anywhere, it isn't just about the price, but about the relationship you have with them. Mike Anton, who handles the Financial part of your deal is a pleasant young man who fits the mold of a professional from Heritage. New car so no evaluation on Customer Service and Quality of Work yet. Salesman was exceptionally polite. No high pressure sales tactics.
