My daughter came home from college and said that she now needed a car. This was a Friday night. I said, "When?" She said, "Tomorrow." I usually drive a Buick, but that dealer had closed. Fran knew him by name even though he had purchased his car about 6 months prior. My criteria was a used car- low mileage. Fran found 3 choices in a matter of minutes. We quickly settled on what we decided was a fair price and I had a car. I felt like I had purchased a car I could rely on, and we didn't have to play the price "haggling" game with the dealership. Fran gives you her card with her hours, and is available to answer questions and no question is too dumb. She has a pleasant personality and really tries hard to match you up with the perfect car. My husband and I visited another dealer in the Schaumburg area and found the salesperson very pushy. We expressly informed the person we would not deal with them if this occurred. We drove to Lombard from Arl. Hts., IL to Hertiage Cadillac dealership and were greeted warmly by a number of their staff. The salesperson we dealt with was Tim Lemire. My husband informed Tim we had no desire to have a pushy salesperson; Tim explained he was employed at Hertiage for 31 years. Tim simply asked us what type of car we were looking for and promptly found a car which suited our description. He was very professional in his dealings with us. We drove the silver Cadillac CTS with the platium interior and loved the way it handled. It had the Luxury package and it was everything we desired. As we parked the silver Cadillac, we noticed a Tuscan bronze CTS was driven out of the Service area and we looked at it. The lady who owned the car stated she just loved it. Thus we proceeded to return inside and Tim asked us if we had any other car we would like to drive. We said we liked the Tuscan bronze car and that was the one we bought. At the time of signing, nothing additional was offered to be added to our purchase order which we were thankful. More

Ray is a real pro. My wife knew the exact car she wanted, color, options etc..Heritage didn't have the car in stock but Ray said don't worry- I'll find it for you. He called us the next day and said he track color, options etc..Heritage didn't have the car in stock but Ray said don't worry- I'll find it for you.
