And I can't leave out Connie Gallagher who is always there to cheer us on with our new purchases. I think it says a lot that we think of these people as our friends. Fran knew him by name even though he had purchased his car about 6 months prior. My criteria was a used car- low mileage. Fran found 3 choices in a matter of minutes. We quickly settled on what we decided was a fair price and I had a car. I felt like I had purchased a car I could rely on, and we didn't have to play the price "haggling" game with the dealership. Fran gives you her card with her hours, and is available to answer questions and no question is too dumb. She has a pleasant personality and really tries hard to match you up with the perfect car.
