He is very friendly,respectful and knowledgeable and gave me 10 star service on a scale of 5. One month later, I am very pleased with my purchase and the value I have received from the standpoint of money spent and overall car performance. The local dealerships in Northwest Indiana were not even close to being price competitive. I drove from Southwest Michigan ( 5 Total hours roundtrip) and Basil made the trip worth every mile. We contacted three dealers in our area, and Ray Gandurski got the sale because he produced the car exactly as my wife wanted it, and with all of the features that we felt were necessary. He was very helpful in the initial contact through the internet, and followed through with every question and need that we had. We got the price we felt was the right price for us, and there was no "high pressure" or the bait-and-switch tactics we received from another dealer. Ray delivered the car when he said it would be delivered, walked us through the paperwork, and took my wife through the "programing" necessary to use the functions the CTS offers. In short, Ray was very professional, offered good advice, and followed through on every question. We bought the CTS from Ray...doesn't that answer the question? I had an knocking sound and was not sure I could make it to Heritage where I bought my car. I took it to another dealer and was told I had blown a bearing and needed a half block engine repair and it would to Heritage where I bought my car. I took it to another dealer and was told I had blown a bearing and needed a half block engine repair and it would cost me $6,500 and I had a warranty that had apparantly expired. I called Heritage the next week and they had it towed and did the repairs. I feel they stepped up for me as their customer and covered most of the repair less a deductible under a partial warranty and saved me a lot of money. They know now they have a customer for life. I would like to commend that entire team for the job and effort to help based on a problem that had been occurring with other vehicles. I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty and were very helpful and always kept me in the loop. I will go out of my way to recommend anyone to purchase from Heritage Caddilac. I have never had a problem with the outstanding service and respect they show me as a customer and that it why I rate Heritage Cadillac SUPERIOR. Thank you More
