Our salesperson at Heritage Cadillac is Fran. We have bought 3 cars from her. Heritage is a nice place to deal with they make it easy if you need to bring your car in for service. This is the first Cadillac I have owned. I have wanted one since I was 4 years old! Lou answered my questions in a knowledgeable way and never seemed agitated with anything I asked. He called me when Cadillac came out with another incentive and this is what helped clinch the deal for me. I called him after the sale with a question and he was happy to hear from me. I live in the Milwaukee, WI area and I would buy another car from Lou. Heritage Cadillac runs like a well oiled machine. I was in and out of there in no time, but never felt rushed.
