The service folks checked the tire and installed a new one , getting me in the words of the old song, “On the Road Again”. Thanks, Mike, for getting me taken care of; much appreciated. Other companies could take a page from your playbook of excellence in customer service. I remember when I bought the CrossTrek in 2918, my first Subaru and hearing about becoming a part of the Subaru family. It seemed a bit hokey at the time, but in every single interaction with the folks at Herb Gordon, beginning with Al Goldberg and continuing today with Mike, I have in fact been treated like family. More

That is great and selfless customer service. Thank you Harry. Claudia further added to the great experience by allowing Millie to review the vehicle features before I left, she had to bring the car back down which many would have not done. This act of kindness saved me a lot of time by not having to do the review later in the afternoon. Thanks for thinking of the customer first! More

I was in between my 30,000 mile service in my 36,000 mile Rodney and the folks at Herb Gordon Subaru took great care of me when I brought my car in. I was in between my 30,000 mile service in my 36,000 mile service and they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fully up-to-date and changed out all my wiper blades for free based on the warranty and also gave me a discount because I’m military. I don’t typically ask for a discount but in this instance it was really nice of them to give it to me. Highly recommend this dealership for anybody looking to service their Subaru or any other vehicle! More

Claudia is a great Asset to your organization I alerted Claudia, via text, just minutes prior to our arrival, of our service need. As we come to expect, she met us upon pulling into the garage. She ensured proper service of our vehicle and shared our next steps. We felt cared for, even as she made arrangements for Mike to update us as she took a few minutes for lunch.
