I've been bring my Subaru outback to this dealer since 2012. Today I had an expensive unexpected repair. He must have felt really bad for me. He went talked with the manager and she approved having the dealership assume the cost of the repair. I was so very happy. Can not say enough about the exceptional service we received at herb Gordon Subaru ! My son had recently purchased a used Subaru in another state .
