Herb Gordon Subaru - Service Center

I brought my car in for an oil change and to check my breaks today. I was assisted by Michael Goodman. I had the day off work so I decided to wait the 1.5 hours quoted to me. To my surprise it would turn breaks today. I was assisted by Michael Goodman. I had the day off work so I decided to wait the 1.5 hours quoted to me. To my surprise it would turn out to be 4 hours waiting. Boy was that worth the wait!!!! Mr. Goodman advised that there was a TSB extension for the issue I was experiencing with my breaks. He asked if I was willing to wait or he could get me in a loaner vehicle. It would be a little longer to get my breaks and rotors replaced. But best of all... it would be covered in full! The fact that he took the time to work with his tech and advocate for my issue shows the amazing customer service Mr. Goodman possess. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. I decided to sit around and wait. I have been here before but this has been the first time I worked with Mr. Goodman and I will make sure to make my appointments with him in the future.
