i purchased a new 05 Subaru 2.5 XT Outback from MileOne Herb Gordon ("MOHG"). i have had the opportunity to interact with MOHG over more than three years. MOHG is a very well run subaru dealer committed to its customer base and satisfaction. my experience is overwhelmingly positive beginning with the sales department on through the service department. i want especially to single out ken hanscom in the service department for special recognition. he is a top notch professional, efficient and mannerly in all respects, willing to make the extra effort if and when it is appropriate to do so, and clearly committed to quality customer service. i have enormous confidence in mr. hanscom and the larger service department at MOHG. and i'm pretty darned happy with my outback as well! paul m. in ashton More

I was very impressed by the good service at Herb Gordon Subaru. My Forester was just barely over its 50,000 mile drive train warranty when the engine started to sound bad; I had previously had this same Subaru. My Forester was just barely over its 50,000 mile drive train warranty when the engine started to sound bad; I had previously had this same problem worked on at a different dealership in the city where I used to live. Now a major repair was called for; Ken Hanscom took the issue to Subaru, and they agreed that the repair would be covered under the warranty, even though strictly speaking they didn't have to. That spoke very well for Herb Gordon and for Suburu itself. Then a few days later I was back at Herb Gordon, because I was still hearing an odd noise; Shawn and I drove around the block and of course the noise couldn't be heard, but he took my story seriously, looked over the car and tightened up some things, and the noise is gone. Once again I was not charged. Shawn's approach was conscientious and skillful, and again Ken Hanscom was going out of his way to give excellent service. More

To my dismay, my Subaru Forester went in for two head cylinder gasket failures. Mike Schildt handled my case to my full satisfaction. During that time, all of the employees have been fantastic, Suburu (formerly Dodge/Suburu) is. I have taken my car to Herb Gordon for over 5 years. During that time, all of the employees have been fantastic, the prices are fair, and they are always honest with me as to what my car needs. I also wanted to let people know that I own a Chrysler, and that Herb Gordon can still do work on your car (it just can't be manufacture warranty work). I felt I should take the time because to write the review because I can't say enough good things about them.
