Mr. Gungadin, Herb Gordon Subaru takes great pride in ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. Unfortunately the failure of the oxygen sensor after you picked up your vehicle was unrelated to any of the service work we performed on your car. However in good faith, we did replace the sensor at no charge to you because of the timing of the failure. The following day during your scheduled appointment time, we arranged for one of our Technicians to diagnose the issue and to complete the repair while you waited. After performing those services, our Tech did take the car on a test drive to ensure that everything was functioning properly, hence the wait was a little longer than originally planned. Although this is company policy, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do apologize for leaving the small brush tool in the vehicle after service that was used to clean the rusted threads in the exhaust, to securely thread in the new oxygen sensor. Thank you again for your feedback.
