Excellent Service I've given this dealership 5 stars because of the service I received. I called in the morning to say my check engine light had was on, and I asked if I've given this dealership 5 stars because of the service I received. I called in the morning to say my check engine light had was on, and I asked if I needed an appointment. Mike Goodman told me to bring my car in, and he would take care of me. I arrived to find a clean, professional service area. Mike was professional and pleasant. He listened to everything I told him. He asked questions for clarification, and explained each step of the process. I was impressed, again, when Mike came to me after a little while to let me know where I was in the process. After everything had been completed, Mike provided me with specific information about my car. I was at the dealership less for just under 90 minutes, and my car works perfectly. This is the first time I brought my car in to Herb Gordon Subaru, but it will not be the last. Joyce C. More

Happy supprise with transmission replacement. Vitaily always takes great care of my car and of me. This time was no difference, car was making a weird noise and turns out my transmission was goin Vitaily always takes great care of my car and of me. This time was no difference, car was making a weird noise and turns out my transmission was going out. Instead of 10k for new one Vitaily let me know my extended warranty would be just $100 deductible, when I came for pickup turns out Subaru covered it completely no deductible. Great service and relief.Also the loaner car was really nice. I think my next car will also be a Subaru and I know where to go to buy and service it. Keep up the exceptional service guys! More
Bad Warranty practices. Will not cover my vehicle power-train that is under warranty 5 year 60k miles. This site refused to acknowledge and claimed entire warranty was 3 year 36k warranty. Called Subaru @ 1-800-782-2789 and they confirmed my vehicle is still under warranty. Another problem is the service writer told me I could not leave my vehicle at the service center of the dealership that is checked in for repair, I typically leave a vehicle where the service is being done because it needs servicing. More

Fantastic Customer Support Ken Hanscom was very accommodating. I needed to bring in my old Forester due to an airbag recall and Ken ensured I had a replacement car ASAP. When Enterprise indicated I would have to wait for 2 hours for a replacement, ken was sensitive to the fact that I had a toddler with me and provided a car from the Subaru lot within a few minutes . Fantastic service, especially given the fact that I didn't buy my Subaru from this dealership. I would come back for service and will likely buy my next Subaru from this dealership. Very pleased. Well run place. More
Great service / 12,000-mile check up / Quick! I showed up early on a Wednesday to get a 12,000-mile check up... I learned that it normally takes 1.5 hours, to which I said I would have to just do the minimal (oil change) due to my time constraints. Vitaliy Khlebnikov was my service consultant and assured me it could be done under an hour. And it was done in 45 minutes! I was able to get everything squared away AND get to work on time. When I think about other places where I've literally left my car for 6-8 hours... and stuff isn't even started, it makes me wonder why I ever even bothered with those organizations. Herb Gordon is fast, quick, good... and nice/chill people. Will definitely keep coming back. More

They found problems that I could feel with my car, no check engine light needed! I told them how it felt and they checked my car for specific problems that might be causing my issues. They found some major problems, caused by Wilkins, corrected them, and now my car is operating as it should be. My service advisor, Bob Thompson, kept me informed with updates on my car, was receptive to my concerns, and very friendly. He was everything you would want in a service advisor. He was on top of my issue and pressed to have my issues resolved and repaired at Herb Gordon, even though they were not to the ones who caused any of them. I had a great experience and would definitely come back again. I only wish I had the techs (Tech 5988 on the work order) name that found all the problems so I could them credit as well. Thank you Bob and all the people at HGS for the wonderful and friendly service! More
