JH, Please accept our apology for the disrespectful comment of our service advisor. Additionally, as far as the headlight assembly, we should not have speculated as to the cause. Sometimes the seal may simply fail over time which then prevents rain water from entering the headlight assembly. The service advisor was a new team member and has been counseled on both matters. Thank you for speaking with Greg Edwards, our Service Director, about the specifics of what our inspection showed that was needed to pass Maryland’s Vehicle Safety Inspection in order for you to register the car in Maryland.
