The most I could probably insist on saying is that they've gone the Extra Mile with me in facilitating transportation for the time the car is being serviced, nice calm atmosphere (including great coffee) as I wait, washed car and filled tank of gas, etc.World Class Service in my opinion. Excellent service 55 miles away I called to schedule an oil change for my Forester, but I made a stop at sheetz and grabbed lunch. But then the vehicles transmission would not transi I called to schedule an oil change for my Forester, but I made a stop at sheetz and grabbed lunch. But then the vehicles transmission would not transition to drive. I immediately called Mike Goodman since I had just spoken to him. He indicated what I needed to do, to have the shifter move, we’ll it worked. I proceeded to to Herb Gordon Dealing, I called to let him know eta of arrival. I arrived on time he was waiting for me and fixed the the issue. Due to the personal attentiveness and attention to additional concerns on my Subaru, I will definitely recommend Herb Gordon Subaru. By the way I live 6 hrs away in Sharon PA but work Baltimore and DC area, I will becoming back for service. Thanks Victor Mejia More
