The service rep, Michael, walked me through the process. He answered all my questions and made sure I considered all my options. He was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I felt like I was leaving my car in good hands. A loaner car was arranged for me. When one of the replacement parts was taking longer than expected to install, I was promptly notified and kept in the loop. When I picked up the car the next day, the final bill was within $100 of the estimate. More

AC Issue Had a clogged AC drain that got taken care of quickly within hours of noticing the issue. Was also due for an oil change so they added that service.
