Terrible customer service. Horrible maintenance. The service department manager and the GM are terrible people. They gave my vehicle back to me still broken and I had to pay to tow. The only person a The service department manager and the GM are terrible people. They gave my vehicle back to me still broken and I had to pay to tow. The only person at the establishment that is worth anything is the VW mechanic Keith. The GM at one point filed a maintenance lien against the vehicle without trying to call me first. He never even asked the customer service rep about me. He just assumed that I had abandoned my $30k car and then tried to take possession of it. When I offered to pay he said it was too late, that he owned it. I had to buy him out of the lien for an additional fee and the vehicle still doesn't run. When I asked about it they told me that they had fixed it and were done with me. They told me they wouldn't even look at it again. More
