He displayed, showed, and explained the operation of all amenities included on the vehicle we were buying, including; OnStar, steering wheel controls, remote start, sound system, unique shifting of the eight speed transmission, along with all vehicle safety features just to name a few. Russell Wetzel was another outstanding individual who answered all questions and concerns we had relating to trade-in procedures for mortgaged vehicles, trade-in values, transfer procedures of handicap licenses plates, and the confidence and dependability that we could rely on when buying our vehicle from the Herb Easley Dealership. As we look around we ended up on what now is my new truck. While going thru the process i met russel wetzel who was very respective and very helpful with the process. Then I met tyke Charity in finance who help with all question dealing with the financing process. Tyke was very professional and easy to work with. Michael from Internet Sales got the ball rolling for me. He acted very promptly after my initial contact. Salesman Derek was laid back and down to earth. He answered ALL the questions I had. And absolutely, NO haggling here. Unlike other "only-in-it-for-the-money" finance departments, Harvey and Tyke made the financial portion of the sale understandable and seamless without the typical talking down their nose to the customer. It is typically difficult to find a better dealership as friendly, courteous and yet remaining professional as Herb-Easley whether in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas or New Mexico.
