My experience was a delight and i would return BUT My wife walked out with the vehicle of her choosing for a great price. My only complaint is that we were promised that her credit would only be ran ON My wife walked out with the vehicle of her choosing for a great price. My only complaint is that we were promised that her credit would only be ran ONCE Zane it was ran 3 times. This was not a blanket or blast credit run. Each was individual. They also forgot to take her down payment and called us a week later to collect this. More

Horrible Service Our 2014 Jetta was stored at Herb Easley’s dealership for four months to keep mileage down before lease turn-in. Last week we met at Herb Easley’s to Our 2014 Jetta was stored at Herb Easley’s dealership for four months to keep mileage down before lease turn-in. Last week we met at Herb Easley’s to complete the inspection and turn-in. The vehicle was covered in mud like it had been in a storm though, manager “Ben” claims it was covered the whole four months. Ben admitted to us being one of the “lucky ones” due to it being covered in a recent hailstorm. During the inspection - the hood was labeled as “riddled” with hail damage, along with the passenger door and rear passenger door. “Ben” claims it was pre-existing even though it was walked around and examined upon being stored - with no damage at all. Like the slime he is, Ben rushed us off to accounting, claiming “account will help you with it”. We discovered accounting does no such thing and sent us back to Ben. At this point Ben had a smug look on his face and told us to call the general manager. Long story short, the GM told us it was an act of god even though the car was in their possession. This dealership is full of scammers and trash. I would never reccomend anyone doing business here unless you want high blood pressure and dissatisfaction. More
