But please be sure the mechanic wipes the steering wheel and uses protective cover on the seat during maintenance. I dont remember the names but everyone i encountered was friendly and happy to be of service to my needs on that early morning visit. The maintenance was completed fast too! Thank you. Perseverance triumphs! What seemed a small thing in the beginning (check engine light alternating with hybrid light) turned into a rather long process. I think it was 4 times total that my 2014 Jetta Hybrid was in the shop. And through it all, Lupe was WONDERFUL! She was always kind and friendly, provided me with a loaner car when it was more than one day, and was good at explaining enough to me that I felt like I knew what was going on. It did all make sense to me. I also want to say a word about the drive manager, Addison (hope I got his name right). When I accidentally put my car into "accessory mode" (a thing I had never heard about), he was calm and kind and was generous in letting me apologize when it turned out to be a simple fix! More
Customer Service is low on the totem pole I purchased my car from this dealership and in the past have had better customer service. A fee erks prior to this visit I was in and was assisted by I purchased my car from this dealership and in the past have had better customer service. A fee erks prior to this visit I was in and was assisted by Christy and had an amazing experience. She called updates followed they and kept her word and went above and beyond to assist me. If asked to have my yearly inspection done and did not realize it had not been performed until gong to register my car. How embarrassing. Since Pat is who asists me I called to ask what the over site was. He was not available. I left a message (we won't tell about the unprofessional individual answering the phones) 4 hours later after I hadn't heard from Pat I called back and was told by the same individual he was now at lunch and left yet another message. Needless to say my call was never returned. I ended up taking my car on the next morning where I was reassisted by Christy. I explained my situation told her about the calls and she ernr into stealth mode to get Mr taken care of. She was very apologetic for her co workers behavior. Herb Easley already has a bad name in Wichita Falls for the customer service and mechanical team. I will only deal with Christy when I go back. She truly knows how to make a customer feel valued. To th rest of the team all I can say is shame on you and that they should take a page from Christy's lesson book. More
