Scheduling has been quick, easy, and I have even been offered a loaner car both times I have taken my car in. First for a nail in my tire and second for an oil change and full service. My wait times have been minimal so I opted out of driving a loaner. I feel safe knowing that the people working on my car are knowledgeable and will not try to scam me or sell me products or services that arent necessary. More

They went above and beyond during the buying process Ben Bradford worked with me when I bought my 2018 VW Atlas SEL R-Line. I saw the R Line package and knew it was exactly what I wanted, unfortunately t Ben Bradford worked with me when I bought my 2018 VW Atlas SEL R-Line. I saw the R Line package and knew it was exactly what I wanted, unfortunately the trim on the lot was a grade lower than I wanted to purchase so Ben jumped through hoops to track down an R Line SEL for me. Not only did he find one for me off of a transport ship, but he still got me an unbeatable deal on the sale. I was willing to pay the transport fees and he was thoughtful on where he was searching for my car so that my fees were not outrageous. I gave him a "fee budget" and he beat it by $300. The process was smooth, low stress, and low pressure. He was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and got me exactly what I wanted. I did have to wait two days for my Atlas to arrive while it was being transported but he put me in a top of the line CX-9 while I was waiting so there are zero complaints there. I'm beyond impressed and love every single thing about my Atlas. I will definitely go back to Herb Easley first when I am ready to buy my next car. More
