I was in and out with NO hassles. I was having mechanical difficulties with my old car so he let me "test drive" my new car to work the next morning! That alone made me know I was with people that care! I would highly recommend Herb Easley. I was DREADING the whole process of buying a new car, but it turned out to be Fun! I cannot remember the names of all the people in the other depts that helped as well but I was always greeted with handshakes and big smiles. A 5 Star experience My recent trip to Herb Easley Motors Inc. was a positive experience which started with being greeted Mike Fairchild. Mike had the vehicles which I wan My recent trip to Herb Easley Motors Inc. was a positive experience which started with being greeted Mike Fairchild. Mike had the vehicles which I wanted to look at ready to go. He briefly went over all of he pertinent features over each of the vehicles. We then test drove each of the vehicles. During the test drive Mike went over all of the features which he didn’t get to go over before. He took the time necessary to answer any questions, which I had. Mike took the time to show me all the vehicles I wanted to see, I never felt rushed or that I was unwanted. When it came time to buy Mike did his best to try to help me get the best deal possible. He explained all documents relating to the purchase. After signing all the documents, I went to see Harvey Ysasaga in the finance department. Harvey is very knowledgeable in the area of finance. He is a very outgoing and he took the time to explain all of documents and he answered any questions that I had. After leaving finance I met back up with Mike and he went over everything in the vehicle to make sure that I understood everything that I needed to. Overall I would rate my experience as 5 Star. More
