Too many different people to purchase a vehicle! Spent too m We had to deal with 4 different people to finally close the deal! Each person was extremely friendly and personable, but just too many sales represent We had to deal with 4 different people to finally close the deal! At one point we were told we get 0% interest, then another person said we did not get 0%! We were told 3 yr warranty, then said 2 yrs! We were told we could participate in a special promo of getting in a cash blowing cubicle to catch money, then another person said no! Very confusing! Ralph Zamora was extremely excellent!!! It is certainly not his fault that our experience took so long!!!! More
