Service John in service is always great to work with. He takes the time to explain things to me and that is why I continue to trust coming for service. John should train your other service people as they are not nearly as professional. You never hear John complain or argue, he always keeps his cool and is respectful. The service manager is also very nice to work with and it makes a difference when you feel listened to. So far, I have proved my husband wrong about taking my car to a dealership, all has been positive with John! My last visit was a 30k mile service that John talked to me about at my prior visit. He informs me and presents things in a beneficial way, keeps me involved in decision making, great customer service! Fast and great service Had the car towed because of a problem, The service lady told me that we will be able to work on it the next day and the care will be ready around 2PM Had the car towed because of a problem, The service lady told me that we will be able to work on it the next day and the care will be ready around 2PM. The service center called me the same day and told me they checked it and were able to repair it on the spot. The thing that was amazing is that the cost of their service was better than the Mechanic that caused the original issue. So, I will always come back to make sure the care of my car is done there, even if I may pay a bit more. I will be getting better, excellent and secured service More

Friday, Dec 1st, brought my 2010 Chevy Impala in for a State Inspection plus Lube, Oil & Filter Change Service @ 7:30 AM. John Concetti, our long term and trusted service adviser as usual John quickly had the car ready 9:05 AM with attention to details i.e. lubing the door hinges with white lube to reduce wear. I was on my way with a new State Inspection Sticker and LOF. The Herb Connolly Chevrolet Dealership has a true family feeling. Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night John always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. John Concetti, our service adviser is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. John has been our service contact with at this dealership and has been were very helpful over the years. I always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and John paid personnel attention to every service detail. John is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership.
