Friday, June22nd, realized that our 2010 Chevy Impala needed a Lube, Oil & Filter Change Service befor Another excellent customer service experience! Friday, June22nd, realized that our 2010 Chevy Impala needed a Lube, Oil & Filter Change Service before July 3rd for a trip we were planning to the Berkshires. But I realized our colander for the next week was booked for every day except Monday! So on short notice John Concetti, our long term and trusted service adviser as usual John quickly schedule our car for June 25th @ 7:30 a.m. Monday. John had the car ready by 8:19 AM with attention to details i.e. lubing the door hinges with white lube to reduce the wear plus a tire pressure of 33 p.s.i. as I prefer! I was on my way with the LOF. The Herb Connolly Chevrolet Dealership has a true family feeling. Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night John always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. John Concetti, our service adviser is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. John has been our service contact with at this dealership and has been were very helpful over the years. I always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and John paid personnel attention to every service detail. John is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership. He went above and beyond, not only finding a loaner car for me, but having two technicians try to replicate the grinding from the steering when we turn, and having one go out with my husband as well to understand what was happening. As Murphy's Law would have it, the car did not do it while at the dealership, although still has the problem for us intermittently. Next I will record the noise and bring it in that way to have more information to go on, as it still is an issue. The detailing job was fantastic. More
