Our Impala was in for annual inspection and a transmission flush. To my pleasant surprise when I was ready to pay the bill, there was a $15 discount/coupon that I was not aware of and didn't ask transmission flush. And nothing is easier than making a call for an appointment and arriving at the dealership and the service is waiting and seems to know your name already. Just hand over the key and out continued to work. After picking the car and my wife couldn't help but noticing how clean the interior is -- courtesy of the free wash and vacuuming. More

I have used Herb Connelly both to purchase my vehicle and maintain it as well. When I purchased the car the sales staff was extremely friendly and accomodating, even sympathizing with my sadness in giving up maintain it as well. The people I have worked with in the service department have also been extremely nice. They are willing to chat and engage with me rather than rushing through everything. They buffed out some paint on the front end of my car when I went in for maintenance work, with no extra charge. My last experience with them was having my car detailed. The car had a lot of fur in it from my two large dogs, they did an excellent job and the car smells and looks like new. I am extremely happy with Herb Connelly and would definitely recommend them. For the Kmile check up and service I don't feel that they do more than what is necessary. I recommend Jay to my friends who complain about poor service at other dealerships. I arrived for my first oil change on my 2011 Cruz and was taken in immediately. The waiting area is one of the nicest and cleanest I have seen. Once ready they paged John Gould to come answer questions I had on the functions of my car. John spent over 20 minutes answering and re showing me the many functions of my Cruz. In 2000 we bought our first car from John at Herb Connolly Chevrolet and have bought 3 more since. There is not another salesperson my husband and I would rather go to. More
Flavio checked me in at arrival. I needed a 51,000 mile lube and oil. I expected a fee of about $24.95, but had with me the mailer with coupon for $4.95. He reminded me that I had the coupon and the servicing was done at that low price. Car wash after servicing is definitely what brings me back to Herb Connolly. No one else does it. Advertise it more. The woman at the cashier's desk was friendly, and went the extra mile to go and check on when my car would be finished as it was way over the estimated 1/2 hour. She did so, no attitude, friendly, and came back with a smile with the good news. This dealership used to be run by Charlie Long, with Julian Hargreaves. They were friends of me and of my parents.
