Jay Martin has been very nice and helpful. One problem I've had has been getting calls returned. I generally had to call several times to speak to someone because I almost never got a call back. Last year I had a problem with loss of engine power. It took several visits and calls to GM before the problem was resolved by a visit from a regional-level GM mechanic. But generally, I've been treated very well at the dealership and they have been prompt and effective in addressing problems. My overall experience has been very positive and I recommend the dealer to others. More

I brought my car into the Framingham shop to be serviced on 7/22/11 and the service I received from both Justin (Service Manager) and Flavio Laguna was great!!! We brought my wife's car in to check a strange noise associated when she shifted, the problem was identified as a problem with the clutch. We had them replace the clutch, and at that point they were al associated when she shifted, the problem was identified as a problem with the clutch. We had them replace the clutch, and at that point they were already slightly inconvenient in their communications with us (always playing telephone tag, or not responding to voicemails left). When we went to pick up my wife's car after the repair she got it onto the main road and had difficulty shifting, and when she tried first gear after stopping at a light it tried to put the car into reverse and almost backed intot he car behind her, she realized at this point that shifting between gears was not the same order as normal. We took it back, and they fixed what should never have been a problem for us in the first lace(a "nut" was in the wrong place in the linkage assembly), I'm not even sure they tested the car after they "fixed" it the first time (they also tried to tell us that they "tested" it when we brought it back in, and they didn't really notice any problem). They fixed it, and another game of phone tag ensued... Thankfully they didn't charge us for doing their job correctly after a second try, and even delivered the car back to our apartment for us, all free of charge. After checking out the car once it was returned we were very surprised to find a series of new bolt marks on the rear bumper, beyond the normal wear and tear of a 5-6 year old car that we already knew of. The service center simply passed this off as marks showing up after they washed the car at the dealership (they would have to have been covered in good amount of mud NOT to be visible), and after arguing with them they only agreed to pay for half of the repair for the bumper. Needless to say, after all this hassle, we will never be bringing the car back for repairs to this dealership again, and will only bring it back for the bumper repair if and when they agree to not charge us for damages that happened at their facility. More
There were some major problems with a new clutch that was put into my vehicle which almost caused a major accident on Rt 9 when first gear made my car go in reverse! When the car was finally returned to me, there were marks on the bumper which had not been there before. No one ever apologized for them and they refused to admit that they could have happened at the dealership. They tried to make me believe that when my car was washed, it revealed the marks. My car had been washed a week earlier when I brought my car in for a replacement horn -- why didn't the marks show up at that point? I was very VERY unimpressed with how these men handled my complaints. It's too bad that this interaction totally ruined the positive experience that I had with this dealership a week earlier. More

Helpfulness and efficiency are down pat for my 2010 Chevy Impala oil change and state inspection sticker. Thank you very much Adam Connolly for the birthday greeting and the coupons. My Saturday appoitment was greeted and assisted by technican who was most courteous, friendly and was on top of what my vehicle was being serviced, including the left radio speaker not working. I had requested the spring package deal for oil change, tire rotation and fluid check and wipers. All of the task were completed in timely manner and the speaker was replaced. As usual dealership kept me informed of progress and answered all of my questions. The service program the dealership uses is super as always know when it is time for required maintenance and checks. Highly recomend Connolly's Chevrolet as well run, customer orientated and caring dealership!! More
