Jay Martin, the service advisor was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions regarding the service of my Chevy Trailblazer SS. Max Shahvari, the mecha friendly. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions regarding the service of my Chevy Trailblazer SS. Max Shahvari, the mechanic who serviced my vehicle was very knowledgable and trustworthy. His experience as a mechanic made me feel that everything would be done thoroughly and correctly. Overall, I would recommend Herb Connolly Chevy based on how these two people went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and satifying. I will continue coming back to service my vehicle knowing that the quality of the work is 100%! More
I have a 2011 Sonata SE that has 28K miles on it. I have no warning lights on, no check oil, check engine, not one warning light. My car started to feel funny, and make a ticking noise on Tuesday, and I cal no warning lights on, no check oil, check engine, not one warning light. I dropped the vehicle off, asked for an oil change while there, and left. I received a call from the gentleman, Wil, that was my advisor, telling me that there was less that 2 Qrts of oil in my car, the engine is 'sludged', and I need a new engine at the cost to me of $5,800. I have spoken to the service manager, the GM, corporate, and they will not honor the warranty on the vehicle. I would under no circumstances purchase another Hyundai, do business with Doug Connolly and Herb Connolly Motors, and am filing a complaint with the states attorney generals office. More

Herb Connolly has the most knowledgeable and friendly people working there and I trust them more than 100% with everything...They treat you like you are the only person there and go above and beyond every aspect of helping each customer with individual needs...I feel confident whenever I drive away knowing whatever repair they did I don't have to worry about anything. I have never had any complaints about anyone or anything they have done to fix my Pontiac...Herb Connolly is the only place I go or would ever go...Thank you everyone and keep up the great work!!!! Dax and Flavio @ Herb Connolly Cherolet coordinated and executed the prompt repair of my broken down vehicle. Through out the process, from the time Dax took my call while I was broken down, to Flavio rece executed the prompt repair of my broken down vehicle. Through out the process, from the time Dax took my call while I was broken down, to Flavio receiving my car at the dealership, until Dax followed up with me AFTER my repair visit, they were professional, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful in making sure all my service needs were met, if not exceeded. My expectations were exceeded. I got my car back the same day, within just a few hours of dropping it off, not only fixed, but much cleaner than it was dropped off! On top of that, I was worried about the potential for high cost repairs, especially after my car was towed to the dealership. I was in shock when I saw the way lower than expected price to repair! Since I got my car back, it seems to be running better than it was before I broke down, and again, it looked immaculate when I picked up! My complete experience with this personnel, at this dealership, will ensure my repeat business and my recommendation to others. Thanks again guys, Great job!! More

I purchased my car at this dealership, even though it was not the closest to my house. I was extremely satisfied with that process. Because of that, I felt it was worth my time to try the service departmen not the closest to my house. I was extremely satisfied with that process. Because of that, I felt it was worth my time to try the service department, even though it was a 40 minute drive from my home. I have been to the service department twice since I purchased my car in February of 2011, and I am completely satisfied with the work done. I will continue to have my car (Chevrolet Cruze) serviced here. More
The service group is outstanding. Flavio over the past couple of years and both Jay and the Service Manager in the past have been terrific. They provide clear xxxxxxand con's related to service options (ie new transmission verses getting rid of truck) and have become resources that I both trust and respect. I hope the dealership understands the value that such a service team brings to the sales effort. I don't know your sales folks but would certainly look at future purchases there and would then go to the service desks to solicit advice on the maintainabily and pro/con views of what I was looking at buying. These folks are an asset that I hope you appreciate. The customer service question is the only one that got less than a perfect score. As a customer I dont like voicemail (probably because I listen to mine once a day) but the last time I called the person who answered the phone offered me the option of Flavio's voicemail OR taking a message. I opted to leave a message with her for Flavio and felt much better about the response. Perception is important and once again - this is based on how I treat my own voicemail and not a reflection on your service. Thanks for the opportunity to comment and for the service provided. More
While driving back from CT yesterday my check engine light came on. As I have to travel out of town again today I wanted to make sure my vehicle was ok. He got me a loaner car and sad he would try and have it look at within the next couple of hours. He called an hour later to say the car was all set. I purchased my car and had it serviced at another dealer but from now on I will have it serviced at Herb Connolly. More
