I have brought my truck to this dealership 3 times for repairs for the same thing. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon without an appointment hoping they would look at it because they hadn't fixed it c repairs for the same thing. It is now Thursday and they haven't even looked at it i now have to cancel my vacation because i have no vehicle. It seems to me you don't matter to them as a customer even if they can't fix your vehicle after 2 times it was in for repairs for the same thing and it still hasn't been fixed yet. More
I recently purchased a car from Herb Conolly Chevy a few months back, my first time doing business with them, and the experience was excellent. Zach was my rep and Carter was the manager and they was very e months back, my first time doing business with them, and the experience was excellent. And now I've just had my first service appointment for routine maintenance, and again my experience has been excellent. Joie was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. More

This is a good service center. Once they recognized I wasn’t happy with my service they did everything possible to make it right. Thank you Zack and everyone!! Paul (the salesman) was good to work with, but I was disappointed by several things. About 2 weeks after I bought the car (3 years old, ~30K miles) I called about a potential tire issue (I had been putt disappointed by several things. About 2 weeks after I bought the car (3 years old, ~30K miles) I called about a potential tire issue (I had been putting air into the tire 2x/day). Their first response was to blame a nail (OK, maybe reasonable), but they did not offer to look at it, instead just told me to go anywhere. So I did - turned out that they sold me a car with a cracked rim, and a chunk out of the tire! I took it to them and they agreed to fix the rim - by welding it. I was a bit concerned about this approach, but what could I do; I hope it holds. But, it did not end there. They were 'done' with it 4 days later - went to pick it up - they had not replaced the tire! I complained; they agreed to replace the tire. It took them almost 2 weeks to replace the tire! To be honest with you, I think that they completely forgot about my car (it had pine needles all over it when I picked it up...). Not impressed with their attention to detail (selling a used car with a cracked rim! really!) and customer service, but I love the car! (Hope the weld holds.) More
