Service Review I am an owner of 2 2010 Chevrolet Traverses. I have taken both vehicles to Herb Connolly since I purchased them in March and June of 2010. I made an appointment online to have diagnostics run on my check engine light. I drive there and they, of course, can't find it. I show them my email that shows them I have an appointment. The guy finally says he will look at it, in 2.5 hours. He shows me a stack of papers and says "I have to do these first." I had my two small children with me. I don't have time to spend hours at a dealership. I have children and this is why I made an appointment. What is the point of scheduling appointments if they mean nothing. I called another dealership who not only took my car, but gave me a ride home so I could wait there since I didn't have an appointment. They Had my car evaluated and fixed within 2 hours. More
