Won't refund my desposit I test drove a 2014 Chevy Cruze here. After putting a $500 deposit down (I was told it was refundable) for them to locate me a car they never got the I test drove a 2014 Chevy Cruze here. After putting a $500 deposit down (I was told it was refundable) for them to locate me a car they never got the car, refused to refund my deposit and tried to sell me a different car. The sales team was very rude. They were swearing throughout the test drive and yelled at me when I requested a refund. Do not go to this dealership, they will just try to rip you off. More

When Long's moved their dealership and stopped selling GMC Yukons and Herb Connelly Chevrolet took over the location, I moved to Herb Connelly and Chevy Suburban as I wanted a dealer close to where I live. I was pointed to John Gould as the Suburban specialist. John has sold / leased me three or four Chevy Suburbans. The critical thing for me is prompt and thorough service following the sale.
