The headache I bought a 2014 focus st with right around 14k miles. On the 4th day of owning the car the rear break caliper all but falls off. Previous owner must I bought a 2014 focus st with right around 14k miles. On the 4th day of owning the car the rear break caliper all but falls off. Previous owner must of replaced rotors and not properly secured them locktight. The wheel was in danger of seizing. Called them and spoke with the "used car manager" his first 3 sentences started with " I won't, I never, and I will not" great customer service.... I had to fight them to cover the repairs as well as fight another uphill battle to cover a rental. Don't buy from these guys. I will deffidently be contacting a lawyer to see if I have any legal recourse More

Excellent from start to finish I found a very limited production vehicle on line at Herb Connolly Chevrolet. After contacting them I was responded to promptly by Lou Bove the inter I found a very limited production vehicle on line at Herb Connolly Chevrolet. After contacting them I was responded to promptly by Lou Bove the internet manager. After reading great reviews about Lou I asked if he could stay involved in the transaction which he did. I had many questions and details to be addressed throughout the sale process and Lou handled everything to my complete satisfaction. I live more than an hour away from the dealership and Lou sent a driver to pick me up the day I took delivery. Rodrigo Roa the general sales manager sharpened his pencil too make the pricing acceptable. Carter Hastings the used vehicle manager made sure all reconditioning required for certification was done correctly in a timely manner. Buying a used car has a lot of moving parts to the puzzle and this puzzle resulted in a great car, at a great price from great people! More
