Sophia answered all our questions and concerns and in most cases before we even thought to ask them. She made sure that we understood all the features and options that were included on the truck (which has many). Our stress level was kept very low through the entire process as Sophia actually made it an enjoyable experience all the way from introduction to final pick up of the truck.
