We apologize about your experience, but we believe that there was a misunderstanding during the conversation. We are not one month out for appointments and you are more than welcome to drop the vehicle off this week. I believe you are under the impression that we had a tow truck on site, the appointment coordinator did give you the roadside assistance number as that is the proper way to have the car towed in. Loaner vehicles are currently two weeks out, so we would be unable to furnish you with one of those. If you would like to discuss further, you can call the dealership and ask for the service manager.

Why would I want to call and work this out. This is a brake RECALL from YOUR company. What you say make zero sense. Rental is 2 weeks out on a car with brake issiue where the brakes have gone out on me!! So you want me to not have a vehicle to go to work and earn a living and not go to stores to get food and supplies for my family and not shop for Christmas. Or I will be glad to DRIVE the vehicle for 2 weeks while you get me a rental ( FOR A BRAKE ISSUE) Just send me over a letter stating you understand and if I get in an accident and cause bodily injury or property damage you accept Full responsibility. Otherwise you statement is just stupid. YOUR COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE for the break issue not me. But you know what I was not going to claim the dent in the bumper when I hit the wall at the airport but now I am going to claim this as well I will call airport parking and let them know I hit their wall and to file a claim with you.as well. SO please send me over a letter stating you understand and if I get in an accident and cause bodily injury or property damage you accept Full responsibility. Thank you.
