Service was quickly scheduled for the next day Thursday March 16th at my convenience. Pulling in Jay Martin the Service Manager greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Pau Santoro, our sales Consultant, greeted me bringing back our happy sales memory! Joie not only had car washed and windows cleaned but also white lubed the door hinges. Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and Service Advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen pay personnel attention to every service detail. Falsely advertised virtual appointments, wouldn’t answer any questions..just kept emailing and texting..”when can you come in?”. I called because my brakes went out and I almost hit a wall! I called to get someone to fix it at herb Connley chevy and they told me appointment was a month away and to bring it in. I let them know I almost hit a wall and it is a Chevy recall I will not drive a vehicle that has unsafe brakes. They would not change appointment or give me a rental! for a brake issiue where I almost hit something. I asked them to put in writing and send me a statement saying that if the brakes failed and I caused bodily injury or property damage that they are responsible. They would not but expect me to drive a 64000 truck for a month without breaks at the holiday time. They told me to drive it in. I said again put in writing that it is ok that if I drive it and hit someone or drive through the showroom window, I am not responsible. they would not I told them they sent me the recall and they need to pick it up. They refused. I at this point hung up because they are clearly to stupid to understand what NO BRAKES means. Do not go to THIS DEALER THEY JUST DONT CARE about people's safety ..
