John Gould / Salesman for my third Suburban Again, in January 2015 John Gould successfully brokered my trade in / purchase of a new Suburban. This car is basically a computer with a car wrappe Again, in January 2015 John Gould successfully brokered my trade in / purchase of a new Suburban. This car is basically a computer with a car wrapped around it and, due to no fault of John's, the computer module (navigation / OnStar etc) was not functional on delivery. It took the better part of a month, and two full days in the shop, for the dealer to first diagnose the problem and then to replace the module. The car has, from the start, driven just fine, with some impressive new safety features. Now the only problem is getting heat to the driver's seat, which I will tackle at my first oil change. The redesign of the rear cargo area and folding third row of seats works for me, with covered storage for all the stuff like jumper cables that had been flopping around previous cars. And having flat storage available without the hassle of removing third row seats is a big plus. More
