George Wells took a personal interest in making this sale complete. I asked a lot of questions about rebates, qualifications of same, producing documentation explaining rebates, and understanding applicability. When it finally came down to a decision of buying in my home state of Maine vs. traveling to MA, George made it worth. He also read my requirements documentation thoroughly and sourced a unit outside of his inventory. During negotiations, as margin gets trimmed the propensity to continue offering incentives diminishes. George hung in there and ultimately closed the deal. Nice job.
